How do I enroll in the online Customer Portal?

Manage your sewer account day or night with our convenient Customer Portal!

We encourage you to create an online account and elect to receive your bill via eBilling.   Customer Portal Instructions

The advantages of the Customer Portal and eBilling is that no matter where you are, if you have email and internet service, you can view and pay your bill at any time, day or night!

You may also make one-time payments via the customer portal with your checking account or credit card.

Checking account payments are fee-free.

Credit card payments are charged a nominal convenience charge based upon the amount paid.

To use the Customer Portal, you will need your account number AND the CID number located near the center of your bill.

How do I start Automatic Payments for my account?

The SAA is pleased to offer a payment alternative for our customers. For those customers who would like to take advantage of “Auto Pay” services featured on this website, you may sign up for this service by completing the back of the payment stub. Draft authorizations are also available by clicking the link below.

This program is completely voluntary.

Auto Pay is a pre-authorized payment that is automatically deducted from a bank account you specify. There are no fees charged by the SAA for this service. If funds are not available at the time of the draft, Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charges apply. This service guarantees on-time payments, and you do not have to write or mail a check.

You must pay your most current bill in full. Auto Pay will begin with next month’s bill.  **DON’T FORGET TO INCLUDE A VOIDED CHECK**
