How do I enroll in the SAA online Customer Portal through InvoiceCloud?

Click on the InvoiceCloud button on this page to be taken to our payment system. From there, it's a quick few steps to create your login and password and voila! You can pay your bill online with a variety of payment methods available to you.

The advantages of our InvoiceCloud Customer Portal and eBilling are that no matter where you are, if you have email and internet service, you can view and pay your bill at any time, day or night!

You can pay online with a variety of methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, eCheck, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, debit cards, and PayPal. A convenience fee applies when you are paying with those payment methods. A convenience fee applies when doing a one-time payment from your checking account. When you sign up for autopay with your checking account, there is no convenience fee.

To use our InvoiceCloud Customer Portal, you will need your account number AND the CID number located near the center of your bill.

How do I start Automatic Payments for my account?

For those customers who would like to take advantage of “Auto Pay” services featured on this website, you may sign up for this service by clicking the InvoiceCloud button on this page.

This program is completely voluntary.

Auto Pay is a pre-authorized payment that is automatically deducted from a bank account you specify. This service guarantees on-time payments, and you do not have to write or mail a check. There is no convenience fee when enrolling and paying by autopay from your checking account. If funds are not available at the time of the draft, Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charges apply.
