Metered customers filling swimming pools, hot tubs or home ice skating rinks may receive an adjustment to their sewage service billing provided the Customer submits a written statement within sixty (60) days of the event to the Authority including:

Dimensions of pool, hot tub or ice skating rink including: Length, width (or diameter) and depth
If the Customer is "topping off" the pool, hot tub or ice skating rink periodically, the Customer shall provide to the Authority:
