SAA's customer portal gives you the ability to create an account to schedule payments, go paperless, sign up for Auto Pay, and more.
One-time payments are also accepted without registering for an account. All you need to get started is your SAA Account # found in the right-hand corner of your bill.
*Electronic Payments: Pay electronically by the following methods using the InvoiceCloud button above:
1. Auto Pay: Automatic withdrawal from your checking account (ACH) or automatic payment using your default credit card.
2. One Time Online Payments: Using Electronic Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Venmo
3. Online Bill Payment through Your Personal Bank: Please contact your bank for more information.
4. Over the phone: It's easy to pay anytime 24/7 by phone: (844) 510-2147. All you need to do is enter your FULL account number without the dash (-) to access your bill.
5. U.S. Mail: Mail payment stub with check or money order payable to "SAA" 420 W. Main Street, Saxonburg, PA 16056
6. In Person: Drop off payment stub with your check or money order at our office via our payment drop box on the front of our building. Also pay by Credit/Debit card (with a convenience fee) at our payment window.
*A convenience fee applies when paying by credit/debit cards, echecks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. There is no convenience fee when you sign up for autopay from your checking account.
